REPORTS ON MINIRENA ACCOUNTABILITY
The Government of Rwanda (GoR) has put in place appropriate institutions (such as Office of Auditor General, Public Procurement Authority, and Office of the Ombudsman …) to ensure accountability and good management of public funds. The Ministry of Natural Resources (MINIRENA) as any other government institution has to deliver in respect to legal instruments in effect and Rwanda national values .
MINIRENA is a parent Ministry of all GoR institutions whose attributions include Environment protection, Natural Resources management and Climate Change. Subsequently, MINIRENA is the Rwanda National Implementing Entity (NIE) towards Adaptation Fund Board.
